The
International Centre
for Radio Science has
been organizing the National
Conference from 1998.The
International Centre
for Radio Science was
organizing the Third national
Conference on "Applications
of Radio Techniques for
Remote Sensing" The
National Conference on
Applications of Radio
Techniques for Remote
Sensing was organized
for the first time in
the country. This
conference was held from
23rd - 24th November 2001 and was
sponsored by various
Scientific Departments
of Government of India
and Department of Science
and Technology, Government
of Rajasthan. This conference
was unique because the
participants came from
all over India. The response
was very good for the
conference. The participants
were from various Institutions
from all over India.
They belonged to DRDO,
ISRO, different Research
Centers, IIT’s
and different Universities.
The contributions for
the conference were from
all these institutions.
ICRS welcomed the participants.
