The
International centre
for Radio Science
has been organizing
the National and
International Conferences
from 1998. This
was the fifth National
conference. The
Indian Conference
on “Microwaves,
Antenna, Propagation
and Remote Sensing”InCMARS-2005
was organized by
International centre
for Radio Science
from 20th
– 22nd December
2005 in the Suncity.
In this Conference
we have formally
organize the inaugural
function and
also Valedictory
Function. During
this function best
papers has been
given suitable awards.

In
InCMARS-2005 we had
a scientists Dr. Kumar
Krishen from NASA,
USA. He had given Invited
talks on different
topics and Chaired
a Technical Session
in the conference.
That year for InCMARS 2005 we
had received about 96
technical papers. The
all papers as well as participants were from all parts of country. They were
from universities, I.I.T.’s,
Defence Research and
Development Organization,
Indian Space Research
Organization, Council
of Scientific and Industrial
Research, Department
of Ocean Development
and others. |

In
that conference we
had total 11 technical
sessions. They covered
Microwave Devices & Circuits,
Propagation or Radio
Waves, Microwave Tube,
Microstrip Antenna, Passive
and Active Remote Sensing.

 About
Jodhpur |

Jodhpur
is the city, which used
to be capital of Old Marwar
State. It is situated in
the south west of Rajasthan.
Now it is second biggest
city in the state. As per
the Geographical location
it has longest duration
of bright sun shine and
so it is known as “SUN
CITY”. It has historical
buildings & monuments
like Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid
Bhawan Palace &
other buildings of outstanding
architecture in the city
& nearby places like
Mandore, Mount Abu, Ranakpur,
Udaipur and Jaisalmer, which
attracts large number of
visitors. Jodhpur can be
reached directly by train
from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore,
Ahemdabad, Kolkatta, Guwahati,
Hyderabad, Chennai and Jaipur
and by air, Jodhpur is connected
to Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur
& Mumbai by direct daily
flights. During December
i.e. at the time of conference,
the weather is cool, pleasant &
excellent and max. temperature
will be 20°C & min will
be 9°C & so a place of
great interest with excellent
weather.
