| HFSS: It is the industry-standard simulation tool for 3D full-wave electromagnetic field simulation and is essential for the design of high-frequency and high-speed component design. |
| This course covers - using the Ansoft HFSS Desktop features, creating and manipulating parametric 3D models. Users will be exposed to real design data editing and translation through Ansoft Links and creating ready to solve HFSS 3D model. Discusses boundaries and excitations, with an overview focusing on the practical aspects of passive device modeling and how to improve performance and productivity. |
| IE3D: It is a full-wave, method-of-moments based electromagnetic simulator solving the current distribution on 3D and multilayer structures of general shape. It has been widely used in the design of MMICs, RFICs, LTCC circuits, microwave/millimeter-wave circuits, IC interconnects and packages, HTS circuits, patch antennas, wire antennas, and other RF/wireless antennas. |
