between 12 pm to 5 pm, on payment of Rs 500/- cash or by post 550/-
(DD/MO in the favour of DIRECTOR ICRS Payable at Jodhpur.
Last Date of Submission of form 15 November (Without late fee)
1 December 2008 (With late fee of Rs 500/-)
